The Italian Wine Scholar is offered in conjunction with the Wine Scholar Guild and due to the depth and complexity of Italian wines, the program has been split into two courses: Unit 1 and Unit 2. This course is only Unit 2, which covers Central and Southern Italy.  Unit 1 covers Northern Italy.  Please note, that the units can be taken in any order.

We are adopting a hybrid model, with theory sessions being held on Zoom and in-person tastings and exams.

Feb: 1, 8, 15, 22

March: 1, (Mar. 8 Study Week - No Class)

In -Person Tastings: Saturdays 12-2pm

*Jan 4 will consist of a 1hr orientation session to the program including online learning modules, learning objectives, session format, content, and exam.
